BOSS Tables was Founded in 2015 when we built our first plasma table. Travis and Mitch Schluter (brothers) were amazed by the possibilities and although the table was less refined, it definitely was a spark that ignited a passion for CNC Plasma cutting. Showing the tables to friends and family it was then sold to a friend. Still needing a CNC Plasma Table another was built in its place. Setting in motion the company now called BOSS Tables. Schluter tables was deemed unfit as nobody can pronounce it and marketing as such would be an uphill battle. Starting in a garage in Decorah IA then moving to a 32,000 Square ft facility to nearby Calmar, has provided us bigger and better tooling for manufacturing quality product while maintaining a small town atmosphere.
Don’t have $35,000 to spend on a CNC Plasma table, no problem. We strive to provide the best product that has all the features you need without the cost. How do we do it? By keeping our products designed and manufactured in house. Having a facility in rural Iowa that’s cost efficient to own. Not spending excessive money on advertising and marketing. When you buy a plasma table for BOSS Tables your paying for the machine without the inflation.
We strive to provide a reliable machine that has free tech support as long as you own your table. We are the manufacture and stock the parts in house. Why do we bring that up? Because accidents happen, forklifts and large plates of steel are unforgiving at times. We hope it never happens, but you have somebody to call that will get you cutting again. After all we wouldn’t be in business if it wasn’t for our customers. Better built to better serve, Please Give Boss tables a call at 563-380-1535 for any questions.
